geared up for sub-freezing wind chills at the summit. thumbs up. as usual. untied shoes.
tied shoes. after about 3 minutes of hiking it became clear that we didn't need all of the extra layers until we got closer to the summit... Ice storm destruction

view leslie manning the camera... a very rare non self portrait picture of me. there was still snow... the last clutches of winter, my favorite season.
at the top, after the ring. we needed to bundle up again, it was COLD... needless to say we didn't spend much time at the summit, just enough time for me to propose and squeeze that ring on her finger. at the bottom before we left the park. not bad camera aim if you ask me considering i wasn't even looking...
